We are confident that you will be happy with your yaneste jewelry. Due to the nature of most of our jewelry, personalized, and made to order, all orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

International Shipping

We do not accept international orders at this time. 

 

Shipping & Handling

 
All personalized items are made to order therefor can take 2-4 weeks to ship. 
 
All of our orders are shipped via USPS (ground 3-4 days). The fee is based upon your location and delivery method, this will be calculated in real-time during checkout of your order. We carry some of our jewelry in stock. We do not ship to PO Boxes.  Please refer to each individual product description for an accurate time line.
The risk of loss of the item passes to you upon delivery to the carrier chosen by you at checkout. Yaneste will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or marked ''delivered'' shipments after delivery to the shipping carrier.
